About HAEL
Housing Association East London (HAEL) is a non-profit organisation based in South Africa that is dedicated to providing safe, secure and affordable housing for low-income communities. Founded in 1999, HAEL has worked to improve the living conditions of thousands of people by providing them with access to quality housing and essential services.
HAEL has helped to develop and operate affordable housing projects in the East London area, in addition to providing financial counselling and assistance to its members. The organisation also works to promote sustainable development and job creation in the area.
